Attendant Console Directory problem (CCM 5.1.2)

Hi,

My AC cannot see any entries in the directory. Call control works fine. When I look in the 'Application' -> 'Attendant Console' -> 'File upload' section on CM, It tells me 'CorporateDirectory.txt File Not Found'.

I made a new comma seperated text file and uploaded it to no effect.

I got round the problem by putting the text file on the users PC and pointing the AC Application at that instead.

But I'd like to get it working properly so that as the users/phones are added/removed, they get reflected in the AC.

Any thoughts?

Regards,

Dan

Try these steps :

1. Check on the advance setting for the AC client. is there any file specified

2. Browse to C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallmanagerAttendant\UserLists directory on the callmanager and see if 'CorporateDirectory.txt' exists there

3. Check if AutoGenerated.txt exists in the same directory

4. What are the contents in this file? Does it has the DC directory contents?

Hi,

In step 2 above, the file path you specified looks like a windows file path??

The callmanager (5.1.2) runs on Linux.

How do I find the CorporateDirectory.txt file on that?

Thanks for the reply,

Regards,

Dan

Hi Dan
