I am working on a project installing/configuring a HA pair IPCC Express servers:

We upgraded scripts from our 3.5.2 IPCC legacy evironment. When we test those scripts on a call center in our new 4.05 enviroment, the following occurs:
1. Call is received at agent phone while agent is in ready state
2. Caller selects any option from script and agent goes into a not ready state instantly and 100% of time
We've tried various scripts and various agent accounts with no success.
