Change Password on Unity Connection 2.0

Hi

I have built unity connection 2.0 and I need to change the password for the Administration GUI.

I have read on CCO how to change the administration password on the Linux OS but it seems different to the change in password for the GUI.

Can anyone help on this?

Hi Michael,

Here is a method to reset the password for Unity Connection which can also be used if you have been locked out :) This method was kindly posted by Matthew@Cisco

thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I have Unity Connection 2.0 which is Linux based. That post is for Unity Connection 1.X which is windows based.

The CLI command to reset the password on UC 2.0 should be "utils reset_ui_administrator_password " this should reset the password for CUAdministrator GUI account.
