Hi,
Would like to ask whether with the memory size of 205xxxx, usage is 203xxxx and the availability is only 19xxx. In a way is it healthy for the publisher server?
What are the main reasons of the high memory usage? If a CUOM is used, does it also play in this part? If so what is the best practise of the CUOM?
Thanks

Which server model and how many IP Phones you have connected to it?
Which CCM version?
How many servers in the cluster?

With CUCM version 5.x onwards, yes this is normal, but if this is an earlier, version which uses Windows, then there is a problem and you should look at either adding more memory or resolving the issue.
As Gonzalo has mentioned, what is the CM version, How many devices are registered to the CM

Thanks, for education Mchandak.
If we are using 5.1.2, what should be the right specification for the CPU utilized and Ram ?
Any Document states the specification for the CPU size and Ram size when upon usage of the system ?
Thanks
