Hi,
I have CAR in my Call Manager. I am able to get reports about individual extensions.
When trying to pull reports based on users, I am not getting any thing. I have created users in DC directory in Call Manager and mentioned the Telephone number in the User detail field.
I am also able to login using these username/password to the CAR url. but when I try to go the Bill>Individual I am not getting any call reports. It says zero calls for this user.
Can anyone help me on this ?
