Hi Expertise,
We have a link of 4 Mbps which want to terminate on 6500 Catalyst Gigaport and want to use 2-2 Mbps fraction for 2 different VLANS.
plz help me out with you expert comment.

You should use aggregate policer or User-Based Rate Limiting. The following document is short and has examples for you.
