Transcoding Issues/Call Drops

I seem to be getting a lot of calls these days from the business unit about call drops. Apparently when i have a check on the Call Manager, most of the querry results in the CDR display that the issue is at the transcoder end(cos value 47). I have checked about a million times at the transcoding end, the configuration on the CCM, at the end i am left with no clues. Any help. Thanks a lot.
