Install Guide for Upgrade from IPCC Express 4.0 to 4.5

Can anyone point me towards the documentation that talks about upgrading IPCC Express 4.0 to 4.5. The install guides for other versions talk about upgrades from previous versions but I can find a section in the 4.5 Install Guide or I am just missing it.

Any help is appreciated.

Well that explains why I could not find any upgrade information anywhere. I even read thru that particular document quite a bit but I guess I neglected to see that part. Good find.

Hi Shane,

I was surprised to see this note as well! I'm not sure what the plan for this migration is but if you learn anything maybe you could let us know. I would try to engage my Cisco SE to help with this one :)

I'm in the same boat right now where I have a 4.0 install. The PDF that was referenced is not available any more. Can someone tell me what page 5 says?

Hi Kenta,

Here is the clip :(

Support for new install only-Cisco CRS 4.5(1) supports a new installation

only. It does not support upgrading from a previous version of Cisco CRS. (see page 5)
