Aironet 1130 - 12.4(3g)JA1

Hi !

I have a strange problem after upgrading from 12.3.11.JA1 to 12.4(3g)JA1 :

interface Dot11Radio0

channel 2437

When I write and reload the ap, then

the channel I configure is gone and the ap doesn't choose the correct frequency.

Anybody else also seen this problem ?

Hi !

I have found the solution to this odd problem :

!

interface Dot11Radio0

channel 2437

station-role root fallback shutdown

If change my configuration to :

!

interface Dot11Radio0

channel 2437

station-role root

There must be a bug with this fallback configuration.

Hi!

I have the same annoying problem with 1242 Accesspoints. The channel configurations simply disappears from the configuration after an reload ?!

Furthermore I had the station-role root fallback shutdown command set, changed it to station-role root, as you suggested, but no success

has to be bug

Thanks, that solved the problem ! BUT

I really want the radio to shutdown if FA0 goes down. I find it kind of weird, that any fallback command brings up the channel frequency problem again.
