Concentrator routes

I have an issue where VPN clients can not conenect to a new vlan I have created.

The vpn clients receive a address from a pool configured pool on the concentrator and i can ping vpm clients from our other subnets. When i do a trace route from the new vlan it seesm to get to the ethernet private inter face.

I have set up static routes but still no success

How do the clients get their routes? Do they have a default route to the hub end of the VPN tunnel? Do they get the correct gateway address?
