Hello,

I have configure a Cisco 2811 with CCME 4.0

I use QCT to configure the router.

I just want to test this platform, with 2 IP Phone (7911)

All is not working. Internal call is OK.

But External call is not OK.

In QCT i have select 0 for prefix (to call Outside) ISDN BRI Card

When I try to call external using 0, i have Unknown Number. Phone accept only the number 2 (2xx internal number).

1) Dialplan problem ?, or BRI Interface problem ?

Thanks for your help

Nb:

I have Add the configuration in Attachements

It is due to conflicting dial plan. Use 9 to access external number and internal operator extention as "0"

Hello, Under telephony-service enter

secondary-dialtone 0 (Zero) and then;

cre cnf-files

and reset your phones. This should resolve your issue.

If your country dial-plan allows (I think france does), you can also avoid using the prefix digit for external calls altogether. Do make your extensions begin with 2 or any digit not used nationally.

The effect is that you can redial more easily (no need to change numbers), dial is faster and more intuitive, and is generally favorably accepted by users.
