CME 3.1 dn status down

We use the Cisco CME 3.3 on a Cisco 2821 with IOS SP Services 12.4(3g).

My problem is that on the main phone, 7960 with 7914, the main dn always goes down. All other dn on the other phones working well and are in idle or connected status or so, but never down.

After a reboot of the router, the main dn is up again for some minutes...

Does anybody have an idea? Thank you for your help.

show ephone dn to see which other registered phones have this dn. If you use a monitor DN on one phone, and use the same DN as a normal line on another phone that's not registered... The line shows up as "down" for the monitor side

this dn is just on one phone other phone use this dn, neither in monitoring mode. i think, the phone has a problem, because i tried the same phone with other dn's and the dn goes always down, but the same dn on a other works well. we are looking to change the phone to be sure...
