I am using cisco callmanager and cisco unified messaging system .how can i direct all messages from cisco ip phone to email box,
You can do this 2 ways:
- Use the IP phone's CFwdAll soft key and press the Messages button.
- OR On the CallManager DN configuration, check the box the forwards all calls immediately to voicemail.
Caveat - the user's DN config must have the Unity voicemail profile configured. There must be an existing Unity to CallManager integration so that pressing the Messages button rings Unity.
