CDR Insert Error

hello,

i have shrinked the cdr database, and this operation worked good. i let the ccm under seurveillance , after i noticed that the cdr can't be inserted in the cdr database ( the cdr generated but stocked in the BAD folder ).

in the attachement the error message from Event Viewer.

Please attach the error.

Which CCM version? Include SR or ES

BAD folder in pub or in SUB?

Have you already restart CDR Insert Service?

Please the following: check that in all your servers that the

Off Cluster CDR DSN parameter is blank...(system>ENterprise Parameters

2. Ensure that CDR Format enterprise parameter is set to CDRs will be inserted into database

3. Ensure that CDR Insert service in running on the publisher
