Hi,
The problem is that you have a username that is the same as the group name. The
Concentrator requires that all group/user names are unique even if you have an external
authentication server.
By using a different username you should not see this error.

Hello,
It is a different user name. There is only one connection to the concentrator, and it is me, and I am using PPTP. This user that is failing is a HW client which is a GROUP, using a group name and user name that are different than me. When I set
"authentication" to none, the HW client connects.
I am using INTERNAL authentication. PPTP users do not have a problem, I think this is an IPSec issue of some kind.
