Not getting UPDOWN messages on my 4510 Switch

Hello All,

Is there any reason why I am not getting LINE UPDOWN log messages on my 4510? Logging setting are set to default.

Moving servers around the rack, would like to know what ports are going down from the console.

You mentioned 'logging setting are set to default' and with the 4500 Series, it isn't enough to see up/down port messages.

To enable this feature, you need an interface command:

logging event link-status
