When in a simulation is the questionmark available to see a list of available commands or the tab key? Thanks.

I have this problem too.

No. No Tab or ? keys allowed. The up arrow key is allowed though

If I type the command incorrectly will the router reply as usual and tell me or will I just get another prompt and mabey not know if what I typed is a valid command or not? For that matter, does it count against you if you type a command incorrectly once or twice but then type the command correctly?

It is an simulation, and they are simulating the real thing.

For all of the exams of late, that I've written (CCNA and a number of 642-s) you can use TAB and ?.

Though TAB and ? does not always work like the real thing, being a simulation.

Check your configs with "sh run" and other sh commands to make sure you achieved the goals for the simulation.

Remember to always do a "copy run start" at the end of your simulation.
