my customer is moving from a pabx to sccp controller analogue ports on a VG 224 gateway, when the customer invokes the call forward feature is it possible to get callmanager to play courtsey accept tones, to confirm the feature is active, on the current PABX this is standrad operation and the customer would here broken dial tone following the succsefull activation of the feature.

Hi Dave,
This should be quite possible. Have a look;
SCCP Analog Phone Features
Call Forward All (CFA)
User dials feature access code (FAC) prefix, call-forward-all code, and a target number following the confirmation tone. Default prefix and code is **1.
After CFA is activated, user hears a stutter tone when the handset is picked up to indicate all incoming calls are being forwarded.
If a phone user tries to activate CFA after it is already activated, the user hears a fast busy tone.
Note The stcapp feature access-code command must be enabled on the Cisco VG224.

Hope this helps!

Hi Rob
Thanks for the information, the call forward all works fine, but my customer wanted the end user to hear a confirmation tone when the feature is initially activated, so he picks up the analogue handset inputs the feature code and recieves silence, can we have a tone on succesful activation.
