Hey Guys --
I have a customer that is interested in using the Cisco TSP plugin, but he is expereincing problems getting the TSP to show up in his Telephony Providers window. I have another user that is having trouble getting the phone to show in the dialing options.
I dont think that I have ever had great luck with the Cisco TSP. Should I tell the customer tough luck, purchase Presence, or is there some support out there for me?
Please let me know.
