Hi
We have a Cisco 4.2.3 CCM
When we place an international call we must wait about 20 seconds after the last digit before there is a call setup.
Is there a timer on the CCM so that we can reduce the 20 seconds until 5 seconds ?

Hi Rene,
Here is a good doc that explains the necessary steps;
Delay in Call Establishment: Configuring the Interdigit Timeout

Hope this helps!

Another method may be to try and more closely match your route patterns to your dial strings.
use 9.011!# instead of 9.011! and have the users enter the # key after the number is complete.
If that doesn;t work, insert a test pattern that exactly matches your dial stinrg. That should help you determinw whether the issue lies within CCM or at the carrier.
