Looking for the best Cisco Layer 3 Switch for SMB with 10/100/1000Mbps ports?

Looking for Enterperise Level Code too.

24 Port or 48 Port

All ports 1000Mbps..

You might consider the 4948 or 3560-E.

If "Best" doesn't include wire speed, you could also consider the 3560G.

PS:

If you think you might need to grow beyond 48 ports, you might consider the 3750G or 3750-E, which can be stacked.

No this is a Small Network looking for Layer 3 Switch with EMI features but need 48 Ports - because want to do Load balancing dual nic's on the servers and don't run out of ports with a 24 port switch.

All the switches I recommended are L3 capable and can support advanced feature set images (somewhat similar to the older EMI). All can be had with 48 ports, some with 24. The only problem might be their cost for a small network.

Other 24/48 gig switches in the Cisco line up tend to be L2 only.
