How to change time format in IPM 2.6

HI.

I am in India and if i try to generate a report from the IPM client, the time range shown is IST. If i try to generate the same report through Web Client, it is generating the same in GMT. I would like to change this to IST..Please let me know if this is possible. Sample report output is attached

You must be logged in as the root user (Solaris) or administrator (Windows) to use export IPM data using the ipm export command.

Format:

Time - and need to be input as

MM/DD/YYYY-hh:mm:ss

Date - needs to be input as:

MM/DD/YYYY

and need to be input as:

MM/DD/YYYY
