CCME & Unity Voicemail - Forwarding to Users Mailbox

Hi,

I am having issues with calls not forwarding to a users unity mailbox on CCME. If they hit the messages button, it goes directly and asks for the PIN to their mailbox, but incoming calls that are forwarded to Unity just go to the generic greeting "Welcome to Cisco Unity".

I have configured a dial-peer that points to the voicemail port as shown:

dial-peer voice 101 voip

destination-pattern 7702

session target ipv4:UNITY

!

The ephones are set to:

call-forward busy 7702

call-forward noan 7702 timeout 15

Which they do, but not to that phones mailbox. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Your dial peer for CUE should be like this

dial-peer voice 10 voip

destination-pattern 770.

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx(IP address configured for CUE module)

dtmf-relay sip-notify

codec g711ulaw

no vad

Make sure that you have configured Mailboxes for the users in CUE.

Thanks

Hi,

Sorry - but I am using Unity, not CUE for this integration. I have discovered using the Unity Call Viewer that for external calls, unity is trying to send to the full E.164 mailbox - which doesn't exist. internal calls are going directly to the correct mailbox.

Where can I set CCME to forward only the extension to Unity? Under my telephony confg, I have:

transfer-system full-consult dss

Thanks,

If you can't get CCME to send only the extension portion, an alternative soluiton would be to add in Unity the E.164 number for each Subscriber as an Alternate Extension.
