Alerting name & Extension Mobility

Hello!

I'm implementing Extension Mobility feature now, and encountered a problem:

Alerting Name doesn't display on IP Phone. Only caller number displayed.

Why alerting name don't take up information from End User database?

In End Users I have some peoples with user ID, passwords, firs and last name etc.

Extension Mobility user data is not used for call routing. You can set alerting name for device profile's line for each user.

You can do it using AXL API.
