I installed the CRS editor on our laptop so we could do editing from remote. When we try to log in we are getting java.lang null pointer exception. Any ideas why this is happening? It used to work before on a different pc.

you may need to install the java update and or simply you are not logging with right credentials or you may not have connectivity.
