I have been trying to make a conference call in ipcc using cti tool kit 7.0. let me explain the scenario as follows
When a person calls agent A and agent A initiates a conference to agent B. the agent B answers the call. Now when agent A presses the conference button again the agent B status is still in ready state and nothing appears in the call grid for both the agents and agent A is in talking state. There are also no soft keys enabled for agent A. When the call is dropped or cut the agent desktop for agent A freezes with the same talking state and no soft keys are enabled and the agent B still remains in ready state.
When this was tried in the IPT scenario it works perfectly fine.
I am using call manager 5.0 and ICM is 7.0
Can any one help me out in this?
