I have a 3750 switch (3) stack running VOIP and Data and trunking DOT1Q to all ports. I have 2 uplinks trunks configured for ISL going to 6509s. Are there going to be any issues running different trunking encapsulations on the uplinks versus the access ports.

Hi Dan,
No issues at all. Trunking is point to point so once data frame reaches from one point to other end encapsulation is stripped off so it really does not matter that if same data frame goes with ISL encapulation from 3750 to 6509 via an uplink trunk port.
