Restrict DID number based on caller id

A customer has a couple of DID numbers. He want's to restrict the ability to call the numbers based on the caller.

Example:

Employee A has DID 123 and can only been called by number +3161234556. Other number cannot call employee directly. He also want to be able to add multiple numbers who can call employee A directly.

The customer has CUCM version 6 and a h323 gateway.

I have this problem too.

This is easy if they have IPCC xpress or enterprise.

The other option do they have any pattern to DID and or the caller numbers?
