force call on voice port (for testing line)

Can anyone help me with the command on our gateway to force a call out a specific voice-port to test if there is connectivity? I hear there was somewhere. End users can not find dead line themself.

The command is "csim start number" but you cannot specify the the outgoing port. Better said, if you has special prefix DO to access them individually, you could.

But even that won't tell you which is the dead line. Have user take the line and monitr when they report having a dead one.
