Hello. I am installing a Cisco 5510 7.1.2 with the CSC SSM Module. for the most part I have the firewall up and running but I cannot activate the CSC module because we do not have an internal email server. When I go thru the wizard I put my domain and address but unsuccesfully finishes the activation so I cannot route http traffic to the module for website blocking/filtering. Is there a workaround to this? Thanks in advance

email server ip address is not a mandatory field and you can leave it if you do not have or use a email server. If you are not able to finish the activiation there may be some problem with your activaition key or some other setting. Following link may help you

OK yes I have tried activating without the email server IP and get the same error. I will contact TAC for resolution
Thanks
