We have CME 4.0.0, a 7961 with 7914, the 7914 is not taking the load we have in flash, served by tftp and listed in telephony service, the issue is each time we use the 7914 to call an internal extension the screen partially blanks out??

Please send output of "debug tftp events" take with "term mon", and config.

Seem to be taking little time to be served correctly:

Please upgrade to like 5.0(2) and also upgrade to 8.2(2)SR$ (or something like that) for the phone. The for best of stability and feature yould use IOS 12.4(11)XJ4
