upgrade + add-on IPCC configuration

Hi,

I have IPCC 3.5 premium. I would like to upgrade it to 5.0 with a new hardware.

I have configuration & ordering tool for 5.0 and there I took option upgrade + add-on. In one step it asks me from which version to upgrade, but there is no 3.5 version. Also, there is:

"All Upgrades to CCX 5.0 from any 3.x, 4.0 or 4.1 require purchase of Essential Operate Services-Software (ESW) AND Unified Communications Subscription Service (UCSS)."

Please, can you explain me what is ESW and UCSS and what I have to do?

UCSS and ESW are service contracts. Unified Communications Software Subscription - UCSS, Cisco Unified Communications Essential Operate Service - ESW.
