Hi all,
first thanks for help. What version of CCME should we use to correctly configure our SIP IP phones. Is over there any documentation how to use CCME and how to configure it with relation to the SIP non Cisco phones?

You can find information on how to configure
CME to support SIP here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/products_configuration
_guide_book09186a008052da6b.html
However,
"CME 4.0 'may' register 3rd party SIP phones, however 3rd party SIP phones are not currently Cisco supported.
While Cisco does comply with RFC3261 standard-based support for Session Initiation
Protocol (SIP),unfortunately at present we don't support 3rd party SIP phones."
here is a link for reference stating support.

I have got one additional question.
Where we should start related to version of CCME? I see I can download from Cisco web release from cme-3.0 to 4.2. What is a stable version?

CME 4.1, that is IOS 12.4(11)XJ4 is pretty stable.
Most SIP phones are known to work.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
