I am running CER 1.3(2) with Call Manager 4.1(3)SR4D and I am unable to see phones on the ERL Management page. My CTI route point registers with CM. I am also able to see the switches under switch ports. I have configured the SNMP community strings on all of the CMs and CER and restarted the services. Any ideas?

Also wanted to add the error we are receiving in the log. Here it is.

The problem with this was two-fold. There was a space after the SNMP string and also the password was incorrect for the CTI Manager. I had put the password for the CM User. Hope this helps someone in the future.
