Admin Password Change for ACSv3.3

Hello I need help changing the appliance admin username and password for my ACSv3.3. The administrator of the ACS was let go and I need to change it as soon as possible can someone please help me!!!!

Thanks! I think I have to reboot it because I followed the instruction however I don't get the prompt at the console.
