Cisco CRA Engine service cann't start

Hi,

after I restarted my CRS server, Cisco CRA Engine didn't started. I have tried to start it manually, but I got an error:

Could not start the Cisco CRA Engine service on Local Computer.

The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service error.

If the problem persist, contact your system administrator.

Please, where to look for the problem?

Maybe LDAP directory or something else?

Did you try using the username "Administrator" and password "ciscocisco"?

The engine will not start without properly integrating AA with your ldap directory. When you log into Appadmin, a wizard will start up and guide you through the integration.
