7200 IOS failure

Hi,

I upgraded my 7206VXR(NPE-400) last night but it somwhow died:

I put the new IOS on for example disk1: but when the router comes up it prompts

"can't read the first file name on disk" and goes to an infinite loop of CPU and memory errors!!!!!!!!!

The files and the DISK itself are okay , I also put another version but didn't make any difference

(the existing IOS was 12.3(20) and I wanted to upgrade to 12.4(13d or 16a).

I'd to bring back to 12.3 at last to have it alive!!!

anybody seen this problem before?!??!

Could be an incorrectly formatted flash device or an unsupported size.
