CSA (Access problem)

Actually I m able to log in the CSAMC, but can't access the database or any other things.Plz help me asap.

I have this problem too.

Find whether CSAMC service was disabled .Once CSAMC service get start again, then restarting CiscoWorks Daemon will start CSAMC

Hi Santu, you didn't mention what version you are running. If you can get to the MC, the service is running.

Check the csamclog.txt for db connection or other errors.

If it's a local db, is the SQL instance up and running?

If remote, is the server and db up and running?
