Hi All
CME 4.1 system with 2 x 2 port bri cards installed.
currently we have a single hunt group which all incoming calls go into.
voice ports are using :
connection plar 1050
(which is hunt group pilot) to direct all incoming calls.
Hunt group works as expected when called internally, but external incoming calls seem to ring 2 phones simultanously instead of just 1! Then when it it reaches timeout (because of no answer) the next 2 numbers in the hunt group list start to ring.
It appears as if the system thinks there are two calls incoming instead of just 1.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Should not happen. Did it ever work correctly? If yes, any config change after?

post your configuration just to make sure. you don't need to use connection plar on bri lines. You should receive incoming called number information automatically... for BRI is usually the 7 digit directory number. for PRI is usually the 4 digit extension code.

For what is mentioned above, you likely need a translation profile, than can be applied easy if you have multiple BRi and make a trunk group for them.
