Short answer:
No, not possible, at least not from the switch
Long answer:
Not possible from the switch. However, you can configure syslog or SNMP traps on the switch and have the syslog or SNMP trap server send an email on specific alerts.

Where can I see all SNMP commmands available in my 3750 switch with Version 12.2(25r)?.
Do I need any more infraestructure to run SNMP from the switch?.

Hi Andres,
when logged into switch config mode simply
issue " snmp ? " which will display all snmp sub-commands. Check the link provided for seting up snmp , the only infrastructure addition you would need is seting up a snmp server machine so the switch can send snmp traps to the server for analysis.
seting up snmp
Also there are some monitoring software you could use for collecting snmp information and port utilizization grapher, software such as ciscoworks , you may try some freeware MRTG or PRTG, PRTG easy to setup on windows.
you could try prtg
http://www.paessler.com/download/prtg
or mrtg freeware
you may also try kiwi syslog real time port state monitoring, or whatsup gold that allows email notification based on port status.
