Inbound CLI

Answered Question

Does annybody know If it is possible to modify inbound CLI (calls from the PSTN).

I have Call Manager V4.1(3)

Telco upgraded our 30 Channel E1 circuits to support CLI type 5. This was required for outbound CLI changes.

However on inbound calls from the PSTN they can only present 10 digits. This means that the leading zero is being dropped. IE, When a call is made from the PSTN to an IPT Phone the CLI appears as 1315887000. However this should appear as 01315887000.

Debug ISDN Q931 on the MGCP gateway confirms the inbound CLI as 1315887000.

Any suggestions If it is possible to Prefix a leading Zero to the CLI?.

Thanks

Ian.

I have this problem too.
