MCU Error message

When I try create a new conference in the "Create Conference" Page, and when I do click in the Create buttom the next message appear:

Error :NotAuthorized

Why?

Can you please check on the MCU that you have set the confernce management to authorize mode. Here is an example from 5.3 version MCU setting..

MCU -> Settings -> Conference Mgmt -> external conference authorize policy

How you initiate a video conference? , I mark on the telephone the meet-me number.

This is the message shown, when I try to create a conference. I have used the username y password of Administrator.
