Error message on CallManager 4.1.2: ASP 0115

The Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0115' Unexpected error

/CCMAdmin/usersibebar.asp. A trappable error (E06D7363) occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running error message is displayed

I found some information, but I see something different in the message error: /CCMAdmin/usersidebar.asp and /CCMAdmin/userprefsbasiclist.asp.

What generate this error and how I can fix it?

This error message is displayed when the admin passwords are not correct.

To resolve this problem, perform this procedure:

1)Restart the Data Connection (DC) Directory service or the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) service.

Note: If this step does not resolve the issue, continue with the subsequent steps in this procedure.

2) Identify the correct directory administrator password. Make this .

3) Open a command prompt and issue the PasswordUtils command.

This action generates an encrypted password. Make this password

4) Set the value of DCDMGRPW and MGRPW in the registry, under HKML\Software\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Directory Configuration to .

5) Open C:\dcdsrvr\directoryconfiguration.ini. Set the value of passwd to .

6) Open another command prompt and issue the UMEncryptText command.

This command generates out.txt in the same folder from which it was run, for example C:\.

7) Open out.txt and copy the contents after Text=.

This long hex value is the encrypted password. Make it .

8) Open C:\dcdsrvr\config\UMDirectoryConfiguration.ini with Notepad. (Do not use any other text editor).

9) Set the value of CiscoLdapPwd and UserLdappwd to .

10) Save the file and exit.

11) Restart the IISAdmin service and try to access the Cisco CallManager Admin user pages.

Note: Do this on the PUB first, and then all the subscribers.
