CCMuser abbreviated dialing access...

I have an issue I'm trying to reslove. I cannot seem to find a way to grant some users on our system access to their abbreviated dialing setup through CCMUser.

We have older accounts on our system that are using 7940's and have access. We recently added more users on 7941's and these users cannot set up abbreviated dialing through CCMUser.

Is there a check box or setting somewhere that I haven't been able to find? I've looked everywhere.

Have you checked under;

Enterprise Parameters>CCMUser Parameters

Yeah and it's set to true. That's what I don't get. The only difference between these users is their phone model. And the 7941 supports this feature.
