I've installed a new C350 recently. After a few days, I receive a warning message from IronPort (RAID ALERT: (0x0008/3) - Battery needs replacement - SOH Bad). What does it mean? Is it a hardware failure?

This indicates that the RAID battery is fully discharged and cannot be charged. Essentially, a bad RAID battery. I would recommend getting in touch with Ironport support to get the appropriate RMA initiated.

How can I verify the problem? Is there any command use to verify this kind of problem?

Unfortunately, there is no CLI command to view the status of the RAID battery. The RAID alert provides enough evidence to indicate that the RAID battery is faulty.
