For a PRI, can someone clarify when to use a NM-HDV2-1T1/E1 with (VWIC-1MFT-T1) over a Channelized E1/T1/IDSN-PRI NM.
Can the Multiflex T1 VWICS with any CAS or CCS signaling?

Yes.
What router do you have? If an ISR you don't need the NM-HDV2-1T1/E1, the VWIC fits directly and you just need the PVDM2 module for codecs.
