MWI Issue on Cisco Unity

Hi

I have couple of users calling in and complaining that their Message Waiting Indicator is not turning on inspite of new voice messages being updated. Appreciate replies.

Thanks guys, its working. Changed the switch integration ID on the SQL Database.
