T1 issues

Hello folks.

We have a server that uses 2 dialogic boards to process both incoming and outgoing calls for an emergency alert system. The issues we seem to have is that every 2 or 3 days, the T1's I supply from a Cat6513 (6608 card, actually) disconnect for no apparent reason. Looking at the error log, I see the ports have been "%SYS-4-MODHPRESET:Host process (860) 6/2 got reset asynchronously ". Can anyone offer up a suggstion on how to troubleshoot this? If I reset the ports via Call Manager, they come back online, only to fail a few days later.
