Hi
Is anyone else having issues with import of device profiles under BAT 5.1.2.3000-2? If so any fixes???
Two problems -
1. A subscribed service keeps going missing from a device profile template. Import of users means that no user has an extension mobility service subscribed so cannot logout.
2. Nice touch with the new BAT is that you can add the subscribed service in the excel spreadsheet - shame is that this doesn't work either and doesn't import the service so have the same problem - a user can't logout via the phone.
Failing a fix can anyone provide details of accessing the database externally to add the service manually - the AXL SQL utility is not the friendliest piece software and adding the service one by one is not an option.
Thanks for any help
Andy

Yep - check out the bug id and there is a documented workaround.....
- Go to Device -> Device Settings -> IP Phone Services. and click on EM login service.
There will be option to add a parameter. Click on new. Given any name to the parameter name say "dummy", description, value. Save and close.
Be sure to also save IP Phone Services configuration.
- After that, add and save this service on your BAT phone template.
- Try to insert IP Phones with this BAT phone template.
