Need a sample script for Expected Wait Time

Hi,

Does anyone have a sample script they can send me that shows how and where to use the get statistic control and how to generate a prompt to read a message to a caller that says what the waiting time is?

there is a position in queue thing.

first you stor the value in paramete and then play it..

Attached is my modified script that should explain. you can actually use it but have to modify as I deleted my clients info.
